*Only bookable 4-6 weeks after a previous session. This is for those that want a monthly or 6 weekly energy maintenance, regular Soul reflections or coaching on practices to maintain and keep clear your own energy field.

*I can email you a pdf of your chakra reading, crystals used, shamanic elements and their relevance in the healing, reminders of any revelations you’ve had in your journey, cards pulled and recommendations we’ve discussed for your path ahead. You can of course bring a journal to note them down yourself.

Before & Aftercare

• It is common that leading up to a Soul Session, the stubborn parts of yourself will start to exert some influence. Pay attention to any triggers leading up the session. Know this is a good thing and the shift has already begun.
• I recommend you give yourSelf plenty of time to rest and integrate after a Soul Session. Energies may continue to release for a week or so after the session. I will check in with you via email, the week following your session and support you energetically where necessary.
• Drink plenty of water and avoid putting toxins in your body on the first few days after your session. You may also like to do this the few days before.
• Journalling what comes up in the days and weeks following your Soul Session can be helpful for Self reflection and to more easily recognise shifts, that can sometimes be subtle yet powerful.

• The Healing Hub, Market Harborough, Leicestershire, LE16 9AX – Wednesday afternoons and some Fridays
• Upper Shelton area, Bedford – Fridays on request
• Highcliffe area, Dorset – When visiting that area.

Remote Healing:

Takes place in the comfort of your own home, communications via zoom. Firstly we set the intentions for the healing, then:

Crystal & Journey Sessions: You’ll then lie down while I tune in energetically and work on you remotely in exactly the same way as I would in person. I use a chakra chart which mirrors your actual body for crystal healing. For journeying I either Journey for you or take you on a Shamanic journey. We’ll come back to zoom for sharing and integration.

Oracle Session: Whole session is done over zoom, I pull cards for you and any healing needed is done remotely.

Please Note: You will need to fill out a Health Declaration Form which will be emailed with your booking confirmation, before attending your first SOUL session.

About Crystals, Shamanism, Dragon Magick & Archangels

What to expect…

It is best to enter into any healing without expectations and with clear intentions. You never know what will happen in a Soul Session. There’s a basic template and within that there are many variables. We intend to get to the “root” of any issues and challenges you may be currently facing, which may be very different to what you think.

Crystals

Crystals are wonderful allies that bring specific energies to support the healing process. I will use a dowsing crystal to read your chakra energy patterns and dowse for crystals to place on your on and around your body and chakras to get your energy flowing.

Shamanism

Much of Shamanic practice is focused on Soul retrieval, re-integrating the parts of yourSelf that you’ve given away and re-awakening elements of your Soul that have gone to sleep, been ignored, suppressed or are as yet untapped. It’s very much about reclaiming your power from within, facing your fears to unleash your true potential. Shamanism is very community and Nature orientated. It reconnects you with your Ancestors, the Earth and all the elements, many forms of benevolent Spirit guides that wish to support your healing and help you to thrive.

Dragon & Faery Magick

Dragon allies are very efficient at clearing and burning up old patterns, clearing curses, removing entities, healing and strengthening the aura and dis-creating guilt, shame and karma created through lack of consciousness. Faery allies are very efficient at awakening the body’s natural healing response, awakening Joy and reconnecting us with Nature. I work with ancient Dragon and Faery spells and runes, taught to me by my Shamanic teacher, Peter Aziz, throughout the healing.

Archangels

Archangels and Angels are always willing to help us if we will but ask. Archangels can help us embody our virtues, support with healing and bring structure and support into the energy field where there has been chaos. Oracle Cards & Tarot

I use cards as a means of reflection and Self enquiry, not to predict. What is going on inside is often reflected on the outside. They can reveal where you are blocked and provide inspiration on what may help to move you forward in your life. The Aura Soma Tarot that I use is a beautifully illustrated deck that has 115 different archetypes. Other decks I work with are Star Dragon Oracle, Druidcraft Tarot, Angels & Ancestors and more

A Note On Human Design

I am a student of the Human Design system and I find it very helpful in understanding how myself and others are “wired”! If you get your chart to me before a SOUL session, I will happily have a look and tailor the session to help you understand better the basic mechanics of your design, being you strategy and authority.
