If you feel like you are losing your sense of Self and direction amongst the uncertainty of these challenging Covid times, a regular Yoga practice is a great way to strengthen your ground, keep your body strong and your energy flowing. It’s an opportunity to tune in, re centre yourSelf and adapt if necessary.
You’ll be given tools to help you manage stress off the mat as well as giving yourSelf precious time out from the worries of what’s going on in the world. It’s so important to create these little pockets of space to stay balanced and in your centre, especially if you have others to care for.

Live Stream Classes – Raye White
Tuesdays – Yoga Basics 10am – 11am
Suitable for beginners and improvers, this class helps you feel confident in your Self and on your mat. You will learn how to remain present in you practice and your life, the importance of breathing correctly and how to move with the breath. There’s a lot of emphasis on how to align your body for good posture and you’ll learn Yoga postures that help you build a solid foundation for your practice. From here you can then safely expand into a more challenging classes. This is a great class too if your practice has become stale and you find you are just going through the motions. You’ll also learn techniques that help you to stay calm and centred off the mat too.
Fridays – Energising Yoga 10am – 11am
Some previous Yoga experience is required for this gently flowing, alignment based class. You’ll deepen your practice through a variety of postures and varying themes all designed to help you blossom on and off your mat. This class is strengthening and playful, energising and fun, to set you up for the best possible weekend. It’s great too if you find you are taking your Self and your practice a little too seriously. You’ll learn how to apply balanced action on and off your mat.
